The College Student Alliance (CSA) represents students in Ontario community colleges. They currently represent 12 colleges and 15 student associations with over 78,000 student members.
Founded in 1975 as the Ontario Community College Student Parliamentary Association (OCCSPA), the College Student Alliance (CSA) is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization that believes in working collaboratively with post-secondary education (PSE) stakeholders & government to improve the college experience. They are an advocating voice on behalf of Ontario college students in partnership with student leaders.
CSA’s main competencies are advocacy related on behalf of its membership on all issues relating to college education including tuition, accessibility, quality and transferability. Independent of any political or organizational affiliations the CSA is dedicated to championing the needs of Ontario postsecondary students from the students’ perspective.
